Ever since my sister and I were little girls, my dad would make us eggs a certain way. He called them frazzled eggs. It's a different way of scrambling eggs, as far as i'm concerned, it makes them taste better.
He started off cooking them like fried eggs, but when they're about halfway cooked, he'd chop and stir them up until they were cooked through..frazzling them
It's such a fun name, I couldn't help but use it. =)
